Morgan Carroll AMICAS Brief

Our former President of the Colorado Senate has asked our members to please sign on to an AMICAS brief that she is currently representing with Burg Simpson. The crux of the case is how state law determines the value of individuals considered non wager earners, senior citizens, children etc. The case involves a wrongful death that occurred in Heather Gardens due to a natural gas explosion.  Please reach out to Morgan Carroll at mcarroll@burgsimpson.com for information on how to sign on the brief. The CARA made a motion to sign on the brief as a group at yesterday’s meeting.
